I work closelywith our team to build practical systems that help staff and families feel confident, connected,and supported. Our work is guided by the values of transparency, safety, rapport, growth, andfun.I’m passionate about helping children and families feel understood, respected, and empowered. Outside of work, I enjoy long-distance running, cycling, and planning creative gatherings withfriends, especially craft and game nights. I’m drawn to experiences that invite me to stepbeyond my comfort zone, build meaningful connections, and keep growing.
