Mission

At Transitions Behavioral Health, we believe that each consumer who works with us deserves every chance at developing skills and interests to assist them in having a more meaningful day and increased independence in their home and community.

It is the mission of Transitions Behavioral Health to help bring children and adults with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities and other special needs to their highest potential by providing ongoing evidence-based therapeutic treatment as well as training and supervision for families, providers and the community.  

In addition, we strive to establish long-term professional relationships with, and opportunities for staff members as they grow in the field of mental health treatment and education for individuals with autism and other disorders.
