Executive Director of Community Programs
I began my journey in this field in 2012 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati. I later completed a Masters of Education in Foundations of Behavior Analysis at University of Cincinnati in 2014 and certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016.
My “why” is rooted in a personal commitment to expanding access to the care individuals need and deserve. I am especially passionate about closing gaps in access to quality, trauma-responsive mental health services for individuals who are underserved and underrepresented. I believe that everyone deserves high-quality, compassionate care—regardless of their background or circumstances—and that belief guides my work every day. I’m passionate about building systems and teams that ensure quality services reach the people who need them most, and I find true purpose in the impact this work has on individuals and communities.
An interesting fact about me: I am a Combat Veteran who proudly served in the United States Army as a Transportation Management Coordinator from 2006 to 2012. Including a deployment with the 10th Mountain Division as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008. In my free time, I love everything Halloween-related, visiting parks with my dog, kayaking, hiking, going to hockey games, concerts and live music events, or enjoying a great movie!
